Safe Return Guarantee

Cummel has introduced a "return guarantee system" so that customers can shop with peace of mind. If you have any concerns after purchasing, please refer to the following and contact Cummel customer support.

① Please check the condition of the product within 5 days after the product arrives .
Returns will be accepted in the following cases.

Products subject to return guarantee・Unused and unwashed products ・Products that have no odors, stains, or scratches at the customer ・Products that are the same as when they were delivered, including boxes and accessories

If you contact us after 6 days have passed since the product arrived, or if the customer has made a mistake (wrong size, wrong order, wrong image, damage during delivery, etc.), we cannot accept the return of the product.

2. Contact customer support Please send us a photo showing the details of the return and the defective part to customer support. We will check and reply to you within 2 business days.

(3) Send by cash on delivery Please send the product to be returned to our customer address by cash on delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be made if prepaid shipping is made by mistake.
